A Bible translator, Charles Luogon has been working assiduously in Maan and in Lower Nimba County in literacy. He graduated 32 learners and potential literacy teachers in Duo and surrounding towns in October 2019 and graduated another class of 39 learners in Zan-Baanla Town in January 2020. He has also brought his literacy activities under the umbrella of LIBTRALO for more expert training for literacy facilitators and materials development. These literacy activities have been largely self-supported.
